After serving 9 years in the Royal Air Force with the final 4 years as a Physical Training Instructor I have always had a keen interest in the Health and Fitness industry and a passion for sports. Therefore a natural progression was to do that in 'civi street'. So, on leaving the Air Force I qualified to become a personal trainer, aerobics instructor and massage therapist and set up my own business running classes, training clients and de-stressing hard working business people.
